Finding the perfect fitting swimsuit has gotten just a little bit easier. For some swim lines, gone are the standard small, medium and large options (who fits those anyway?) and in their place - cups sizes! Bra-sized swimwear offers women bra-like support, in addition to a custom-like fit - especially when it comes to bikinis that are typically heavy on padding, yet light on support.
For the best boost, “look for under wires combined with built-in shelf bras,” says Aerin Rose, founder of Aerin Rose Swimwear, a company that makes bra-sized swimsuits up to an F-cup. It’s also important, if you’re shopping for bra-sized swimwear, to know your proper bra size! First and foremost, you’ll need to know your band and cup measurements in order to shop these styles.
Here are some fabulous choices sure to suit all shapes and sizes!
The halter top on this Aerin Rose one-piece is super flattering on larger busts (plus the sexy plunging neckline creates cleavage)!
