Ever wonder how some women’s makeup looks flawless and perfectly blended? They use brushes to achieve that look. My favorite brushes are MAC brushes, and if you take care of them, they should last a lifetime.
Wash your brushes at least once a month with baby shampoo and a light conditioner. Do NOT let the handles soak. Dry excess with a towel and let them air dry over a countertop to let the air through.
Brushes take practice, but they are a must to get that perfect smokey eye or defined lip! Clean them with a brush cleaner to get color off for the next application. Most importantly, step out of your comfort zone and try different things. Brushes will be your best friend!
