Denise Richards wants to take temporary custody of Charlie's twin boys, TMZ reports.
After surveillance video of their mother, Brooke Mueller, showed her trying to pawn off a stereo and watch at an Inglewood shop, Denise contacted Charlie with the offer.
Surprisingly enough, the actor didn't laugh it off! Instead, he said, "I'll keep you posted."
Brooke recently refused to submit to drug testing, something that was part of her custody agreement with Charlie. At the beginning of this week, she re-entered a rehab facility, fueling rumors that she's relapsed.
