After showing off a noticeably different jaw line at the Candie's Foundation Gala last week, Bristol Palin admits to having a "necessary non-cosmetic procedure".
The 20-year-old tells Us Weekly she underwent correct jaw surgery a month after her stint on Dancing with the Stars back in 2010, but it was for medical reasons.
As we announced yesterday, Bristol is set to premiere an untitled reality series on the Bio Channel later this year. The show will follow Palin and her 2-year-old son Tripp during their move from Alaska to Los Angeles.
