According to People Magazine, Scarlett Johansson and Sean Penn are no longer an item.
Rumors began circulating that the two were dating after the actress was spotted "getting flirty" with Penn during a lunch date in Los Angeles. They were later photographed on a vaca in Cabo San Lucas, and allegedly attended Reese Witherspoon's wedding together. When asked if Scarlett and Sean were a couple, their reps insisted they were "just friends".
No explanation for the split, and since they never actually confirmed a romance, we doubt they'll give us a reason!
