Rihanna dropped $6.9 million on a Beverly Hills mansion, but isn't happy with what she got!
The singer filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court claiming the woman she bought the pricey home from in 2009 lied about some "major defects".
There were all sorts of problems: waterproofing defects and water intrusion, just to name a few.
In the papers, Rihanna states "the actual value of the property at the time of purchase, taking into consideration the extensive construction defects ... was millions of dollars less" than the money she dished out.
Rihanna is not only suing the former owner, but also the real estate agents involved with the sale, and engineers who worked on the house.
Yikes!
