On Monday, a man broke into Celine Dion's Canadian home and attempted to take a bath!
Daniel Bedard stole keys and a garage door opener from one of her husband Rene Angelil's unlocked vehicles. He entered the mansion, had a snack and filled a tub with hot water.
Police spokesman Franco Di Genova said:
"He saw one of Rene's vehicles that was there and unfortunately the doors were not locked, the keys were in the ignition and there was also a garage door opener. He opened the water faucets, was pouring a nice warmish bath and he even managed to eat some pastry that was in the fridge."
An alarm went off and when police arrived, Bedard asked "what are you doing here"? Obviously, he proceeded to get arrested!
The intruder has been charged with breaking and entering, auto theft and causing damage to property. He is due back in court on November 21.
Celine, Rene and their three children were not home at the time.
