Beyonce Knowles just sold her tiny beachfront Miami home for 75% less than she bought it for.
According to reports, the songstress spent $465,000 on the 175-square-foot condo back in 2002. So what was the glamour in it? It contained one ½ bathroom, so if Bey wanted to go to the beach, she could walk from the sand and back to the complex to use her own private restroom.
But, on November 9th, Beyonce sold the cabana for $110,000.
