Robert Downey Jr. and his wife Susan welcomed a healthy baby boy into the world at 7:24 on Tuesday morning, his rep confirms.
Exton Elias weighed in at 7 lbs. 5 oz, and measured 20 inches long at birth.
This is the first child for Susan and the second for the actor, who has an 18-year-old son with ex-wife Deborah Falconer.
