Celine Dion's wax figure was unveiled at Madame Tussauds at the Venetian Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas yesterday.
These figures are usually so hit or miss...but we think Celine's replica is spot on!
The singer has actually been forced to cancel some of her shows at Caesars Palace in Sin City because of a virus that caused inflammation to her vocal cords.
She said in a statement:
“I tried to sing at my sound check last week, and I had no control of my voice whatsoever. We thought that after a few days’ rest I would improve, but it wasn’t getting any better.”
Christi Nelson, an official with show producer AEG Live, added that Celine was ordered to rest her voice for eight weeks, but will resume her performances on June 9th.
