Zooey Deschanel donned a black ensemble during an apperance at The Alliance for Children's Rights Dinner Honoring Kevin Reilly held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel last night.
Later in the evening, the actress made her way to the 2012 Writers Guild Awards, where she was telling men at the event to "hit on me".
While opening the show, Zooey said:
"Welcome to Nerd Prom. Male writers, you are so hot with your minds and plaid shirts. Hit on me."
On January 5th, Deschanel filed for divorce from Death Cab for Cutie singer Ben Gibbard.
Sounds like she's ready to move on!
