Charlize Theron is now the proud parent of a baby boy.
Her rep confirms:
"She is the proud mom of a healthy baby boy named Jackson."
This is the first child for the actress, who has reportedly been trying to adopt “for a long time”.
A source says Charlize, who split from boyfriend Staurt Townsend in 2010, won’t be raising the child alone:
"Charlize's mom [Gerda] has been helping out with the baby. She seems so happy and will be a great mom."
