Justin Bieber stayed busy preparing for his performance at the MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto, Canada yesterday.

The teenage heartthrob showed off his muscles in a sleeveless t-shirt as he danced across the stage.

Girlfriend Selena Gomez was cheering him on from the audience.

Selena is also scheduled to perform at the awards show, along with Kelly Clarkson, Carly Rae Jepsen and Katy Perry.

The MMVAs will air tonight, June 17th, at 9pm ET.
