The soon-to-be Mrs. Timberlake donned a Christian Dior resort dress, paired with white and neon heels.
During the show, Jessica and Tim Tebow made their way to the stage to present the best breakthrough athlete award to NBA player Jeremy Lin (New York Knicks).
