Cindy Crawford believes a lot has changed in the fashion industry over the years.
The 46-year-old beauty reveals she's glad to have modeled when she was younger, telling Tatler magazine:
''I feel really lucky to have got to be a model when it was still meaningful. Today, most of the covers and cosmetic ads are actresses and I know that photographers miss the models who are just models, because the two professions are very different and only a model knows how to work it.''
As for how she's evolved in her profession, Cindy says:
''In some ways, I'm a better model now because I'm not at all self-conscious. I'm more willing to take a bad picture in order to try to get a really good one.''
So are there any plans to retire? Guess again! Cindy enjoys her job so much, she doesn't want to give up on working anytime soon.
