Lindsay Lohan told cops early Sunday morning that she was assaulted in her NYC hotel room by a man she met at 1 Oak nightclub the night before.
Lilo admitted she invited the stranger back to her room at the W Hotel along with some of her friends.
A fight ensued when Lindsay discovered the man was taking photos of her on his phone. When she confronted him, he allegedly punched and choked her.
Cops confirmed they have placed the man, Chrisian LaBella, under arrest for the assault on Lohan.
Officer Duffy of the NYPD released the following statement:
"He has been charged with assault which is a misdemeanor and harassment which is a violation.”
According to the incident report, Lindsay was not injured.
