Amanda Bynes is speaking out against rumors that claim she walked around a NYC tanning salon naked.

In Touch reported the story, with an alleged witness claiming Bynes looked “painfully thin” and “totally out of it”:
"[She] didn't seem to care that everyone saw her naked."
Now, the actress tells Us Weekly:
"I'm suing In Touch for printing a fake story. I'm not 'troubled.' I don't get naked in public. I'm 26, a multi-millionaire, retired. Please respect my privacy."
Despite her claim, Amanda has had her fair run-ins with the law. She’s currently facing a slew of charges, including a DUI, two hit-and-runs, and driving with a suspended license.
