Back in 2009, Freddie Prinze Jr. was driving his wife, Sarah Michelle Gellar’s, car when he rear-ended another vehicle that was stopped at a red light.
The other driver claims he needs surgery to fix his messed up neck and hasn’t been able to work since the incident. He wasn’t planning on filing charges, but it’s the only way he can get the money he needs.
According to TMZ, the alleged victim is asking for “something in the 6-figure range”.
