Summer is upon us and it’s a great time for outdoor music festivals! From coast to coast, you will find a number of music festivals from indie to electro, and with the sun shining there is no reason not to attend! So gather your friends and a new summer outfit and find a festival near you. It can be a great summer tradition and great way to jumpstart your summer – and your base tan! Come check out the bands that you do know, because they never sound as good until you hear them live, and who knows, you might discover a new favorite band!
In Seattle the Capitol Hill Block Party is a three-day music festival July 20, 21 and 22 of indie artists that brings in about 10,000 people. The artists featured include Neko Case, Major Lazer, Fitz and the Tantrums, Phantogram, The Lumineers, Grime and many more. The event features 120 artists on 6-stages. It also features local galleries, restaurants, bars and stores.
