Mimosas are the perfect way to toast the holidays. Here's a tasty twist on this traditional brunch favorite from the Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey.
Ingredients:

Fresh squeezed tree ripened tangerine juice

CA sparkling wine

Tangerine/rosemary simple syrup* (instructions below)

Tangerine slice & rosemary sprig garnish
How to:

Combine tangerine juice and simple syrup into mixing glass with ice.

Shake vigorously until glass is frosted and beaded with sweat.

Strain into a champagne flute.

Add sparkling wine.

Garnish with fresh rosemary sprig and tangerine slice.
* To create simple syrup combine equal parts sugar & water, add rosemary sprig and tangerine slices, bring to a boil and reduce.
