Knoxville has been innovative enough to have started its own trend: the Knoxville 24 Hour Film Festival. On June 2, 30 teams will convene, faced with the task of creating a film in one day on a to be determined topic. These films will then be screened on June 30 for the public. Not only is this an exciting event for filmmakers, it’s sure to be a fun activity for family and friends! Tickets can be purchased online for 7PM at the Bijou Theater in downtown Knoxville.
Regal Cinemas’ Summer Movie Express
Don’t miss out on a fun and frugal way to play this summer; the 9-week festival will present $1 movie screenings on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 10AM.
