The Bay State capital was just named the fifth "Youngest City" in America. The survey was conducted by RealAge.com, a website that provides a very popular online test that tells you "how old your body thinks you are." (I've taken the test and my body thinks it's 8 years younger than it is....phew!)
About 1,000 people in each of the country's 50 largest cities were asked to provide information on their exercise routine, smoking history, sleep habits, blood pressure and other lifestyle preferences. The data was adjusted for age differences, so the playing field was equal.
Salt Lake City grabbed the top spot. Boston was #5. In-between were San Francisco (#2), Austin (#3) and Denver (#4).
Wondering about the "Oldest Cities?" Looks like the South is not aging very well,. According to RealAge, Knoxville is the oldest, beating out Greensboro/Winston0Salem and Nashville for the title.
