Have you tackled your sping cleaning yet? What are you waiting for? Summer will be here before you know it. This is the season of hope, optimism and a chance for a fresh start.
We've witnessed the smell of new grass, rain showers and bulbs pushing through the soil with their long awaited colorful blossoms. But it's not just about the literal cycle of nature. It's also the perfect time to clean up your act and help you regain control of your environment and your best self! Here are my tips:
Spring Clean Your Home
1.“Let Go of Clutter” with Baby Steps
Make room in your closets for your spring clothes by using my Stay-Maybe-Go system. Make 3 piles:
· Stay for the items you will keep.
· Maybe for the items you are undecided about and
· Go for donations, recycling or trash

Things that you find difficult to separate from go into the “Maybe” box. Seal it and date it. Before you open the “Maybe” box 6 months later, make a list of the things you missed. Open the box and whatever is not on the list then goes!
2. “Good, Clean Fun” with your favorite tunes
Cleaning can be fun & effective with the help of good vibrations. Yes, great music motivates-so turn up the volume!
3. Shower yourself with the gift of an “Air Bath”
Be sure to use eco-friendly cleaning products for your spring cleaning and open the windows to dissipate any fumes and refresh your space.
4. Encourage “New Energy”

Get rid of old, stagnant energy collected during the winter months by placing a small bowl of sea salt in the corner of each room. Discard the old salt in the morning & fill it with fresh sea salt and repeat for 3 days.
