Paint Color Help
Want to find the perfect paint color without even visiting a store? With the Olympic Paint App, it appears you can. Olympic Paint created an app that allows you to select colors, find coordinating shades, keep track of color choices, and order color samples- all while on the go. According to House Beautiful, Benjamin Moore also provides a free app know as “Ben Color Capture,” that allows you to take a picture or upload an image to your phone and it will match the colors with the closest Benjamin Moore paints.

Want some mobile help while shopping for home appliances? Lori Dolnick of BLANCO explains that the new SILGRANIT sink and countertop app that was just released on iTunes and the iPad version will be officially launched in a few weeks. This app will provide detailed images of their sinks and counters, as well as access to a store locater and ability to save models to your favorites.
In addition to SILGRANIT’s app, the company Liebherr Refrigeration North America recently launched their mobile product catalog, available on all Androids, iPhones and Blackberrys, which displays an array of merchandise imagery. In fact, the product catalog includes all of Liebherr’s inventory, including wine cabinets and cigar humidors. It also features a fridge finder based on personal style preferences, a dealer locator for the most convenient location, and a “find my fridge” option that allows users to virtually compare models. “Our mobile application is not only a hassle-free reference tool designed to help users find the perfect refrigeration model, but it's also an additional medium for connecting with our consumers and staying in tuned with their ever-changing needs," explains Thorsten Platt, Vice President of Liebherr.

Show Me Decorating provides an app with Christmas decorating tips called “Recipe for Holiday Decorating.” At a cost of $2.99, the app uses step-by-step techniques from Christmas experts, Kathy Harrison and Becky McCraney, which include how to tie an impressive bow and a list of key ingredients one would need to decorate their tree, based upon its size. The app also provides a link to share your finished tree’s photo on facebook.
