We've heard it our entire adult lives. 'Men think about sex every seven seconds'--or maybe even more. Well, according to the renowned Kinsey Institute for Research in Sex, Gender and Reproduction men aren't THAT driven by sex, although there may be a few ladies out there who would beg to differ. According to their research:
- 54% of men think about sex everyday or several times a day,
- 43% a few times per month or a few times per week,
- 4% less than once a month
What about us women? After all, it's not like we're not guilty of drifting off every now and then. (Pause.... Oh, sorry...we're back!) According to Kinsey:
- 19% of women think about sex everyday or several times a day
- 67% a few times per month or a few times per week
- 14% less than once a month
