Prince William may be ready to walk down the aisle, but he won't be wearing a band of gold. According to a palace source, who spoke to the Associated Press on the condition of anonymity, the Prince will not wear a wedding band and that decision "represents the royal couple's personal wishes."
Prince William and Kate Middleton will marry on April 29 at Westminster Abbey. Details about her ring have not been released yet, but are expected to be made public before the event. Reports are Middleton will design a band made of Welsh Gold, which is a Royal family tradition.
Royal watchers are also anxiously awaiting details of the wedding dress design, as well as release of the wedding menus. The official wedding stamps go on sale April 21.
