32nd Annual Carousel Of Hope Ball - Arrivals | Entertainment

Celebrities arrived on a soft rose-colored carpet at the 32nd anniversary Carousel of Hope ball on Saturday night. The event, held at the Beverly Hilton hotel, is a fundraiser to benefit the Barbara Davis Center for Childhood Diabetes. 

Over $75 million has been raised to date on behalf of the cause, with the big soiree only taking place every other year. Clive Davis explained how he gets so many stars to show support:

"I try so hard and I think I get them to understand why and what it's about and that it could affect their families, their children, their mothers, their fathers, their sisters, their brothers, and diabetes is a family affair. Everybody has to know how to take care of the diabetic when they're having an insulin reaction or somebody is going into a diabetic coma. It is the leading cause of heart disease, stroke, blindness, amputation and the need for kidney transplants. It's getting to be an epidemic. It doubles every 20 years all over the world."
