Lifeguards In Training At LEGOLAND Water Park
Florida's newest water park opens in just a few weeks. Training for what LEGOLAND Florida calls the "most important job in the park" started today.
150 newly hired lifeguards participated in rescue training at the wave pool. LEGOLAND tells us that the trainees practiced deep-water rescues, swimming drills and jumps from atop a lifeguard stand. The training was certified by the American Red Cross.
After the training, they had time for some fun. It is LEGOLAND, after all! The fun, new attractions at the park include:

In addition to the new lifeguards, LEGOLAND Florida is hiring 250 employees for the water park attraction.
