Audrey McClelland
Mom Generations for GalTime Providence

About the Author

Audrey McClelland is a mother of 4 young boys and a founder of the website MomGenerations.com. After graduating from Brown University, and fueled by her love of fashion, Audrey moved to NYC and worked for Donna Karan International for 6 years; her first position was as Donna Karan’s personal assistant. The experience inspired Audrey to create a fashion component for all moms within her personal mom blog on Mom Generations. Drawing on her background in fashion, on January 1, 2009, Audrey launched the popular series "365 Days of Fashion Advice for Moms" on Mom Generations, offering one piece of fashion and/or beauty advice each day, either through a blog post or a vlog.  Audrey was named as one of “The Power Pack” Moms in Nielson’s Online 2009 Power Moms list.  She has a regular Internet show on The Pulse Network called "Audrey's Fashion Sense." She is a vlogger for Johnson & Johnson’s “Real Moms” Health Channel, contributor to Momversation and one of Hanes’ Social Media Comfort Crew members.  She's done spokesperson work for Tide, Staples, TJMaxx/Marshalls, 77Kids by American Eagle and Suave.

Audrey has appeared in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Redbook Magazine, Pregnancy Magazine, The Boston Globe, Woman's Day and Pregnancy Magazine.  She has been on the Lifetime's The Balancing Act, Rachael Ray Show, hosted the People's Choice Fashion Recap with Tim Gunn and Gretta Monahan and serves as a regular mom expert on FOX's "The Rhode Show" in Providence, RI.

Audrey's Getting Gorgeous Events with business partner Vera Sweeney (ImNotObsessed.com) launched August 6th, 2010 in NYC.  Getting Gorgeous events are meant to give moms easy, doable and practical fashion and beauty advice - inside and out. They had sponsors such as Tide, Kodak, Remington, Kmart Design, Lia Sophia, Hanes, Skechers, Miraclebody.  Audrey also co-authored The Digital Mom Handbook with Colleen Padilla:   digitalmomhandbook.com
