Lynne Sadowski
About the Author
Her mother always told her, “You can do anything you want, if you set your mind to it.” Since childhood, this has been Lynne Sadowski’s core belief. Later in her adult life, Lynne became an Admissions Representative at a very unique university that carried basically the same philosophy. As an Admissions Representative, she did more than just recruit students and guide them through the admissions process. Lynne and several of her colleagues took this position to a whole different level. For almost ten years she coached and mentored young people to overcome fears, believe in themselves and live the life they dream.
Ironically, as she coached others in following their passions, she was holding back on following her own dreams. As she approached her mid-40s, her metabolism slowed down and her career and lifestyle became more and more sedentary. Soon she found herself obese and deeply depressed.
In her search for an answer to her weight issues, Lynne went to Vixen Fitness where she took a pole-dance fitness class. Upon seeing herself in the mirror that day, she suddenly saw the confident, sensual and beautiful woman she thought she had lost many years ago. This epiphany led to an amazing emotional and physical transformation. Since then, Lynne has partnered with the Orlando based fitness center that helped her bring her sexy back.
Being true to herself and her own aspirations, she is now combining her passion for writing and her gift for coaching to create books, materials, and seminars to help inspire and teach women how to get out and live the life they dream. Her first book, A Vixen’s Guide to Weight Loss is currently in the works. The book will contain an eating plan and an exercise guide. But most importantly, it’s an inspirational and fun story that teaches the reader how to develop the mindset to allow their body to shed the pounds and achieve permanent weight loss.
