Donna Carbone

Donna M. Carbone is the owner of Write For You, LLC. She is a publicist and freelance writer as well as a contributor to the West Palm Beach Examiner and Skirt Magazine. Her poetry and short stories have graced A Long Story Short and been published in the Lucidity Journal. Her blog, A View From My Pedestal, appears on opensalon.com, newsvine.com and theaftervine.com. Donna has been featured on the highly regarded news ezine, Salon.com. She is presently working on two fictionalized books based on true stories and has a number of screenplays under consideration. Since her daughter's kidnapping and rape in 2007, Donna has been an outspoken voice for women's rights.She also advocates for better health programs for veterans.
