Sarah Horne

I am a doula and childbirth educator in Phoenix, Arizona, and also a student home birth midwife. I have been working with valley women and their families for four years, attending births and teaching childbirth classes. I am the mommy of one sweet pea little girl, and one handsome boy, who each have their own very unique and special birth stories. I enjoy being with women during the childbearing year, offering whatever support, education and love I can during such a wonderful and challenging time. I am not pro or anti epidural, C-Section, hospital birth, circumcision, etc. I am only pro education and support. I believe the maternity system in American is in many ways a mess, and only through educating ourselves and believing in our bodies can we regain the empowering journey and life altering experience that childbirth is meant to be.
