Kelly D.

Originally from California, Kelly and moved around the west coast states growing up.  After college, Kelly moved to Chicago to start her career in Marketing. While living in Chicago her best friend introduced her to her future husband - a born and bred Portlandian. The first year of their relationship was spent doing long distance between Portland and Chicago. When it came time for them to choose between Portland and Chicago, Kelly couldn't pass up the opportunity for milder temperatures and prospect of trading in her arch enemy of daily commuting, the El, for the MAX.

Kelly has called Portland home since 2007. She lives in Portland with her husband and enjoys skiing, rose season, Fire On the Mountain wings, mornings on the MAX, intramural recreation leagues and sending her Chicago friends 'Keep Portland Weird' bumper stickers. When not enjoying the phenomenal restaurants around town, farmer's markets and outdoor beauty, Kelly is making a career at an energy efficiency solutions firm.  She loves working towards energy savings for her clients and being part of a professional environment that strives to make the workplace as sustainable as possible.
