About the Author
I am a freelance writer with a website and a dream. My blog, Fifty Odd, is a witty look at life after 50 (http://fiftyodd.com).
I contribute features and columns to The Clay County Pioneer-Sentinel, (http://pioneer-sentinel.com).
I've been a jack-of-all trades in my 57years of living. I've been a public school teacher, a medical social worker, a grant writer, a development director for Boys & Girls Clubs of Wichita Falls, a correspondent for Times Record News, a waitress, a nurse's aide, a janitor, a fruit stand operator, an usher for an entertainment venue, and a worker in a greenhouse. And that's just a few of the things I've been paid to do!
So many interests and so little time!
My book Fifty Odd: Viewing LIfe after 50 through Rose-Colored Bifocals is available in paperback or e-book at Amazon http://www.amazon.com/Fifty-Odd-Rose-Colored-Bifocals-ebook/dp/B00AB3SH6A/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1361565228&sr=1-1&keywords=Peggy+Browning
