 Isabella Morgia di Vicari's Bio

Isabella Morgia di Vicari is first generation American born of Italian decent, with a large Italian family from Calabria and Trieste Italia. Growing up in Orlando since 1970, raised in her family’s restaurant businesses, which they owned and operated, has taught Isabella many life lessons including the wonderful culture of food.  Isabella did not become a Chef through a Culinary Institute, she became a Chef the “old fashion” way.

Isabella’s true teacher was her Nonna Isabella, her namesake, who lived with their family her entire life. It was in her home, with Nonna’s influence that she lived and breathed all the wonderful Italian traditions that she embraces today. Those family traditions bring the Morgia di Vicari Family back to the table where it all happens for them and for those around them.   Today, Isabella is a Personal Chef who specializes in Authentic Italian and Spanish food.  Isabella’s Bella Cucina offers a Private Dining Experience for eight or more in your home,  Full Catering Services for any of your special events, and last but not least....Food Network Style Cooking Classes at Aggressive Appliances in Orlando.

Whirlpool/Jenn-Air has contracted Isabella Morgia di Vicari as their official Chef in Central FL.  Having done many special cooking events for them over the last year, she has demonstrated and sold their Jenn-Air and KitchenAid product line.

Isabella recently recorded a segment on the PBS show Growing Bolder with Marc Middleton and Bill Shafer who featured her on their show and will also do a segment called "Isabella's Cucina"  where she will give  great tips and simply wonderful recipes, again to “Bring the Famiglia Back to the Table”.   Isabella records monthly cooking segments on Brighthouse CFNews 13 and their Spanish channel InfoMas.  She has recorded two Valentine’s Day segments that aired in over 120 channels nationwide.  She has been a  guest on WTGL TV 45, The Good Life, and their audience just loves her energy and passion as she touches the viewer’s heart strings like none other.  You can see a preview any of her segments including her video cookbook on her website  www.foodwithpassion.com.     Don’t forget to check out her new cookbook “What Can I Bring?”.

It is Isabella's heart’s desire to "Bring the Famiglia Back to the Table" and back to their roots and family traditions.  It's at the table where conversations begin and where we can start to build or rebuild what has been lost or forgotten.  It's at the table where we give to one another something you just can't buy....our time.    She does it with her wonderful food she shares with all, and she teaches the simplicity of cooking to entice your famiglia back to the table.

Isabella has created a line of signature sauces, which include Pesto, Caponata di Catagna, and Bruschetta which are loved by all.  Isabella is in the process of marketing them and believes that this branding will also help her achieve her goal of getting her own show.
