OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:
To be eligible to enter, contestants must upload a video to The Daily Buzz detailing "Why I Want To Cruise With The Daily Buzz". Promotion is open only to residents of the United States. Prize is non-transferrable. No substitutions. One entry per video (you cannot upload the same video multiple times). You may upload as many videos as you want (just don't get annoying). Winning selection will be chosen by Daily Buzz Marketing and Disney Cruise Line Marketing staff. This is an internet-only promotion. Videos can be uploaded to The Daily Buzz (http://soundoff.dailybuzznation.com) or emailed to the show (soundoff@dailybuzznation.com). Entires that are considered profane or vulgar will be disqualified. This is an internet-based promotion, to enter you must have internet access on or before 02/01/12. We will accept DVD video entries to the following address: Daily Buzz Marketing, 3260 University Blvd, Suite 100, Winter Park, FL 32792. By uploading video to The Daily Buzz you are acknowledging that we can use the video on-air and online during the term of this promotion. Standard Buzz Brands contest rules apply. GRAND PRIZE WINNER WILL BE AWARDED:
1. One (1) 3-Night Disney Cruise Line® vacation aboard the Cruise Ship for four (4) persons, to be awarded by The Daily Buzz to the winner of the Promotion. The Disney Cruise Line® vacation shall consist of the following:
a. Four (4) round-trip coach airfares between the major U.S. gateway airport closest to winner’s residence and Orlando International Airport; provided, however, if winner resides within a 200 mile radius of Orlando, Florida, airfare will not be provided to the winner.
b. Ground transportation between Orlando International Airport and Port Canaveral, Florida.
c. Three (3) night Bahamian cruise for four (4) persons to be taken aboard the Cruise Ship during the Launch Event. The three (3) night cruise includes the following:
(i) One (1) Stateroom onboard the Cruise Ship. Maximum occupancy four (4) people.
(ii) All meals onboard the Cruise Ship (except for meals at Palo and Remy).
(iii) Government Taxes & Fees (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line® web site).
(iv) Onboard gratuities for stateroom host/hostess, dining room server, assistant server and head server.
Note: Items that are not included as part of the vacation are: Shore excursions, Travel insurance, Laundry service, Spa treatments, Flounder’s Reef Nursery charges, Alcoholic beverages, Local and long distance telephone calls, Ship to shore communications including internet, Merchandise and souvenirs, Additional tips and gratuities not specifically set forth above, Transportation between winner’s residence and the departure airport, All other charges not otherwise described above
The estimated retail value of the vacation package is $4,472.68 plus tax.
Winning vacation rules include, but are not limited to:
Vacation must taken during the Launch Event (March 26-29, 2012) Actual dates of vacation are subject to availability and certain other restrictions. Any portion of the vacation not accepted by a winner will be forfeited. Vacation is for the winning person and three (3) guests of the winner’s choosing. Winner and guests must travel together on the specified itinerary. Minors under the age of 18 not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 in the same stateroom. The parent or legal guardian of any minor not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must appoint an adult to have custody and control over their minor and to contract on their behalf in connection with the vacation. An appointment form will be included in the document package and must be signed by the parent or legal guardian prior to embarkation at the Disney Cruise Line terminal. Vacations may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, commissioned, redeemed for cash, or rescheduled to dates other than as set forth above. • Winner and his/her guests are responsible for providing proper citizenship documentation to travel which may include passports, valid alien registration card and/or necessary visas. Those without proper citizenship documentation will be denied boarding. Winner is responsible for ensuring that winner and his/her guests have proper citizenship documentation. Guests of all ages are strongly encouraged to obtain passports. Actual final retail value of vacation may be higher or lower based on departure. Prize elements may be subject to additional restrictions. Winner and all guests must travel together on specified itinerary. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change based on availability and Disney’s approval. Any portion of vacation not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Disney, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors agents, employees and assigns will be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the Promotion.
