Intentionally broken wings of Pelicans | Health
Possumwood Acres Wildlife Sanctuary needs support and help to fight getting to the bottom of the deaths of Pelicans being found on the Beach shores. As stated in the Daily News WWW.jdnews.com/news/force-86497-task-topsail.html "Police departments from the Towns on Topsail Island, the Onslow County Sheriff's office, state and federal officials including marine fisheries officers from the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration and federal agents with teh U.S. Fish and Wildlife services met Thursday morning in Surf City to discuss the case of the pelicans. They moved the meeting from the North Topsail Beach Town Hall, where it was originally scheduled, to the surf city Police Department at the LAST MINUTE, barred the media from attending and declined to be interviewed or make a statement following the meeting. " The meeting was not open to the public or POSSUMWOOD ACRES who has provided the officals with information about the pelicans and also incharge of the healing of those Pelicans that survived the butal attacks of humans. Toni O'Neil, the director of Possumwood Acres stated "she doesn't know why she, too, was excluded from the meeting". To our family and others it sounds like the GOOD OLD BOY HARD AT WORK! Possumwood Acres is fighting to protect the wonderful Pelicans from cruel butal attacks that must be stopped and not downplayed! Please support the mission and Please support Toni O'Neil in her effects to protecting wildlife.
